Laphoraig | The New York Times | Jonas Bak
Film
The year 2015 sees Laphroaig celebrating its 200th anniversary, an amazing milestone for the brand. It heralds both a new era of whisky production on Islay, and a fantastic continuation of tradition.
'Hollow By The Bay' was produced as a short film for T Magazine of the New York Times.

We service produced this short film for our New York partner’s North Sea Air, putting forward crew options including the chosen Director of Photography Jonas Bak.
It shows the still traditional distilling methods of the Laphroaig distillery on Islay and is a beautiful, emotive and, dare we say it, educational short about the immensely complex process involved in making whisky.
